- Processing
- Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed.
- Delivery windows
- United States: 3–5 business days. Europe: 4–7 business days. Rest of world: 5–10 business days.
- Carriers
- We partner with trusted carriers including DHL, UPS, and local express services depending on destination.
- Tracking
- You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the atelier.
- Duties & taxes
- International orders may be subject to local duties and taxes on arrival, charged by the destination country.
